Robert Wilt is the Founder and Principal of Rexmonte Real Estate which is full-service investment and development firm focused on strategic value-add and ground-up opportunities. Robert oversees all aspects of the investment process including acquisitions, design, entitlements, construction and property management. Since founding Rexmonte in 2015, he has built up a diverse portfolio of dozens of properties and currently has a development pipeline which includes over 4oo residential units.
Robert began his career at JP Morgan’s Investment Banking Division, followed several roles in real estate finance and investment on both the debt and equity side. He is responsible for originating and underwriting over $400 million of commercial assets including construction, bridge and permanent financing.
Robert holds a B.S. from Lehigh University and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. During his time at Schack, he served on the Executive Board of REISA and as President of the Graduate Student Council of the NYU School of Professional Studies. He continues to be actively involved in the NYU Community as well as numerous other industry groups.
